Mount Edgecombe is a secure residential estate situated north of Durban on the Sugar Coast of Kwazulu Natal.
The 300 hectare estate is constructed around two 18-hole signature championship golf courses.
SERVICES AND OUTCOME
Key was involved in the project management of 62 up-market homes on the estate, starting with Crystal Green (3 homes) in 2000, followed by Hathaway (10 homes), Callway (9 homes), Brookfield (21 homes), Wedgefield (16 homes) and Stoneybridge (19 homes). The last development was completed in 2005.
The finishes are commensurate with those of an upmarket home and the coordination was intense as most occupiers are owners and hence their requirements were quite specific and there were numerous changes to manage.
