The Elphick Proome designed 5 star lodge completed in May 2008 had many logistic challenges for builders and deliveries, these obstacles were successfully project managed by Key Projects.The challenges not only stemmed from the rockiness of the site, but the rough roads, relative inaccessibility for builders and deliveries, and the near-impossibility of securing experienced builders at such a remote location.
SERVICES AND OUTCOME
Key Projects role was highly hands taking on both the construction and project management roles. this was vital due to the scarcity of resources in this remote location. The result justified Key`s added role and ensured a high standard of finish in keeping with a 5 star facility.
