The 17 Shelley Road development transformed an existing commercial building in Salt River into a modern purpose-built student accommodation facility, creating approximately 90 student apartments within a growing urban precinct. The project required a comprehensive reassessment of its commercial viability and delivery strategy. Through the implementation of robust project controls and feasibility processes, Key Projects helped reposition the development and provide a clear pathway to successful delivery. Appointed as Project Manager and Principal Agent, Key Projects provided leadership throughout the planning, procurement and construction phases, coordinating the consultant team, contractor and stakeholders to successfully deliver a high-quality student accommodation development.
