The Tree House

This boutique residential development comprised eight luxury apartments in the sought-after suburb of Claremont, offering contemporary design and high-quality living in a prime location. Key Projects was appointed during the late stages of construction to help bring the development under control and successfully guide it through to completion and occupation. By introducing improved project controls, enhancing communication and information flow, resolving extension of time claims, and implementing effective progress monitoring systems, Key Projects provided the leadership and oversight required to stabilise the project and achieve a successful outcome. The project demonstrates Key Projects' ability to step into challenging developments, restore direction and momentum, and drive projects through to successful completion.
