Millstock House

This mixed-use development comprised a two-level parking basement, luxury vehicle showroom and 72 student accommodation rooms, creating a dynamic urban development that combined commercial and residential uses within a single precinct. The project presented significant challenges and opportunities, requiring a comprehensive review of project feasibility that ultimately led to a full redesign of the development concept, the termination of an existing construction contract and the successful procurement of a new building contractor. Key Projects provided full Project Management and Principal Agent services, leading the project through its strategic repositioning and delivery. Through proactive project leadership and stakeholder management, the development was successfully completed and operational in time for the start of the 2020 academic year, achieving a critical project objective and ensuring the accommodation was available for student occupancy as planned.
