Developed by Monarc Group, creators of the highly successful Taranga, Ashburn delivered an exclusive collection of luxury apartments in one of Cape Town's most sought-after suburbs. Situated on a quiet street within walking distance of Cavendish Square, the development provided investors and owner-occupiers with a distinctive residential offering that combined contemporary design, exceptional quality and an outstanding location.
