ONE OF FIRST GREEN STAR RATED BUILDINGS IN SA
The new Lincoln on Lake triple AAA grade office development in the burgeoning Umhlanga Ridge precinct is set to be among South Africa`s first Green Star rated buildings when complete.
The development draws on the ‘live’ and ‘play’ concepts which means that Lincoln on the Lake is described as a mixed-use building – it incorporates retail space and offices and apartments.
