| Key Projects have successfully completed another Hirsch’s Homestore in Pietermaritzburg. The 3000m² retail store and warehouse was completed in just 3 months. |

Rocky Creek is the first secured commercial & light industrial park in the Rocky Drift area, situated between Nelspruit and White River.
The first phase of this 15ha development kicked off recently with the completion of the first earthworks platform. Construction of the new Engen service station is due to start in January 2010. |

Key Projects are appointed to manage Maccaferri's significant foreign investment of a new R50 million facility at Tongaat in KZN. Maccaferri is Southern Africa's leading manufacturer of Gabion baskets. The development includes the construction of a 9,000m² factory and 800m2 office.
Our early involvement in the project has added significant value to our client by reducing the planning application process which is customarily 24 months, to just 5. |
