Key Projects have recently completed the new Renaissance high rise building at 33 Maud Mfusi Street in Durban. The 17 storey concrete structure comprises 265 one and two bedroom apartments with 9 ground floor retail units. |
| The developer Gareth Went of Imperial Crown Trading had this to say about the services provided. |
Our project manager Grant Pellow-Jarman commented "From experience gained on similar multi-storey residential developments we were able to assist with the programme & coordination and added value with the handover and transfer of the individual sectional title units".
An interesting facet of the development is that it benefitted from the government's urban development zone incentive. This relief offers developers an accelerated depreciation of their asset that has a significant benefit to a development's feasibility.
